Rich is a senior marketing executive with over 25 years of experience growing brands and businesses at leading multinational companies around the world. He joined Prescient from BP, where he led the Americas Marketing Team for its Lubricants Division and guided the global brand and product strategy for Castrol. Previously, Rich led the $2B Global Candy Category for Cadbury and then Kraft Foods out of Singapore. He has grown global brands and led the front of the funnel innovation efforts at the Global Science Center for Cadbury Schweppes in the United Kingdom as its Managing Director from 2004-07. Rich began his marketing career with General Mills in the early 1990s.
Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force prior to attending Harvard and beginning his marketing career.
